RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items sold are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days of when the order was placed. The shipping selection made at checkout reflects the time it takes the carrier to deliver the item and not the combined shipping / handling time. Shipping prices are calculated during the checkout process and are based on weight and location.  Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via standard shipping (not priority or expedited) and typically arrive 1–5 business days after our packing and processing time. Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.

TRACKED SHIPPING 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

SIZING AND FIT MEASUREMENTS

We want nothing more than for you to find the perfect fit! All items are laid out flat for measurements.

All our vintage garments are measured from seam to seam whilst lying on a flat surface and doubled where necessary. Measurements are taken for shoulders, bust, waist, hips, and length and are noted in each listing.

If you require any further measurements before placing an order please contact us. 

To ensure a good fit, it is recommended that you compare the measurements of a garment from your existing wardrobe to those of the listed items.

*Please understand that the measurements listed are of the clothing and not your personal measurements. Ideally you should be smaller than the specified sizes to allow for freedom of movement and a good fit.

PRODUCT CONDITION

RETAIL ITEMS:
All individually listed items are in VINTAGE CONDITION; pre-owned goods may show some signs of wear due to age. We always indicate any major flaws or blemishes in the product listings, but tiny signs of wear (pilling, pinholes, and fading) are considered normal with vintage items.

All items are therefore sold as seen, with any minor wear and tear generally being seen as acceptable. It is never our intention to withhold details such as these, but sometimes they are difficult to spot no matter how careful one is.

WHOLESALE BUNDLES:
Our wholesale bundles are MIXED GRADE unless otherwise stated. Mixed grade wholesale contains a combination of different quality levels within the same box. Our bundles typically include a blend of high quality (grade A) and lower quality (grade B/C) items meaning the inventory will have varying levels of wear, stains or damage and may require minor repairs.

MYSTERY BOXES:
All items included in our mystery boxes are in VINTAGE PRE-OWNED CONDITION. Specifically for our vintage tees mystery boxes, many of these tees are over 20-50 years old. Although they may show signs of wear such as holes, stains, pilling, fraying, unraveled seams, etc., any items included have been deemed of value through market research and discernment. In the case of our rare 5 Star Tees, holes and distressing are at times considered to actually add to the value and rarity of the shirt. We avoid including overly thrashed items in our mystery boxes, but light to moderate distressing and flaws are to be expected.

Our wholesale operations are located in West Midtown in Atlanta, Ga. This location is officially open to the public 5 days a week!
